腌料:
mixed herbs 、黑胡椒 、盐 、蒜蓉及牛油各适量 。
做法:
将鸡腿腌制4个小时后放进已经预热200 度的烤炉烤约20分钟或至熟。

for the muffins

120g unsalted butter
180g caster sugar
2 eggs, beaten
250ml milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp grated lemon rind
270g self-rising flour
1 tsp baking powder
for the filling

150g blueberry filling
for the garnishing

4 tbsp blueberry filling
1 tbsp blueberries
Method:
1.Preheat oven to 180 C. Grease muffin tin or line muffin tin with paper cup.
2.Melt the butter over low heat .Remove from heat ,stir in sugar ,eggs ,milk ,vanilla essence and lemon rind.
3.Stir flour and baking powder ,fold into egg mixture .Mix until just combined.
4.Spoon tablespoonful of batter into the prepared tin. Place in a teaspoon of blueberry filling and sprinkle blueberries on top of each muffin. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked.
5.Remove tin from the oven and cool for 5 minutes. Then remove the muffins and cool on a rack.
Ingredients:

cucumber slices
cheddar cheese slices
chicken ham
tomato slices
Method:
1.Spread butter onto sandwiches bread slices.
2.place chicken ham on top .
3.Top with second bread slice ,place some cucumber ,tomato and cheddar cheese slice on top .Cover with third bread slice .
4.Place the sandwiches onto non-stick pan fry both side until light golden brown
